Disclaimers Before Booking

A $50 fee will be added to the invoice total for any bio waste removal. This includes but is not limited to: vomit, urine, feces etc. This covers additional time and cleaning supplies needed to decontaminate.
If the vehicle being serviced has large quantities of pet hair that is not mentioned, there may be a $50 fee added to the invoice. This is dependent on additional time needed to complete the detail and it is our responsibility to communicate this to the customer immediately.
Dirt Nasty Details respects all customer's right to privacy, in turn, center consoles and glove boxes are not opened. However, exceptions can be made at the customer's request.
